Carry

Carry packs up everything that makes this bia yours — chats, vault, browser profile, model, skills — and can restore it, fly it to a peer, or install it onto disk or a fresh stick.

Fold builds a backup archive of the home directory, including a list of packages you installed by hand. Unfold puts that life back and reboots into it. Space checks and confirmations keep accidents rare.

Land and fly move a mind between two machines on the network with a matching six-digit code you verify out loud. Morph pulls the agent from another partition on the same box — for example from the flash stick onto the internal disk.

Install helpers write bia onto a blank disk, beside Windows when asked, or onto a USB stick. That is how “migrate yourself to disk” became a one-sentence day-zero story instead of a weekend of manual partitioning.

In everyday life

  • Folds a full backup you can keep or hand to another machine.
  • Unfolds onto new hardware and reboots into the restored home.
  • Transfers over the network only after both sides show the same code.
  • Installs onto internal disk or another stick when you point at the right device.

Unlike a normal chatbot

Chat export files are a transcript. Carry moves the lived computer — logins, vault, model, and all — so the same person wakes up on different metal.
